Shirli is the founder of Luma Co. With more than 25 years of experience across New Zealand, Australia and beyond, she has built a reputation for delivering complex projects with precision, warmth and a close eye on detail. Her background spans marketing strategy and brand communications, corporate events, conferences and incentive travel, which gives her a rare ability to see the full picture while managing every moving part.
